Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds:
At Premier Patio USA, we pride ourselves on transparent, customer-first policies. Orders may be canceled free of charge prior to shipment (custom orders excluded).

To Cancel:
Email us at support@premierpatiousa.com or call us during business hours. Orders not yet processed for shipment may be canceled in full. Once shipped, cancellation and return policies apply.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase. These items are produced specifically to your project specifications and are backed by manufacturer warranties.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return freight and a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges may be available—please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Shipments:
Inspect all deliveries immediately. If you notice visible damage or suspect concealed damage, take photos and note it with the delivery driver. Email all documentation to support@premierpatiousa.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a damage claim.
